SOMA Festival 2026

California Irish make their SOMA Festival debut this July for a special co-headline show alongside acclaimed Scottish band Dubinski.

Blending rich harmonies, analogue warmth and the free-spirited sound of Laurel Canyon, California Irish have quickly established themselves as one of Ireland's most exciting new folk and Americana acts. Recorded live to 16-track tape and built around a shared love of melody, storytelling and authentic musicianship, the seven-piece band deliver a live experience that is both intimate and uplifting.

Joining them on the bill are Dubinski, the four brothers from Edinburgh whose infectious mix of indie, rock and folk influences has earned them a growing following across the UK and Europe.

Set against the backdrop of one of Northern Ireland's most celebrated arts festivals, this promises to be a memorable evening of songs, stories, harmonies and connection.
